1 General rules: the online store available at the www.Steelthorn.eu website is operated by PW KOLEC Robert Leopolski located in Ząbkowice Śląskie, Powstańców Warszawy 8f, 57-200 Ząbkowice Śląskie, registered under NIP number 887 153 61 79,

Whenever the following terms are used within these terms of use, they should be understood as:

Customer - a natural person over 13 years of age; in case of this person not being 18 years of age, the consent of their legal representative is required, unless it has full legal capacity, as well as a legal person or organizational entity with no legal personality, to which legislation confers legal capacity, using the online Store; in particular when, under these terms of use, it shall place an order or make a reservation through the online Store;

4 .Order realization time - the number of working days in which PW KOLEC shall complete the an order placed by the Customer at the Online Store and transfer the goods to the courier company, which shall deliver the ordered goods to the address specified by the Customer in the order;

5. Working days - weekdays from Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays;

6. Showroom - a stationary store operated by PW KOLEC, located in Ząbkowice Śląskie, Powstańców Warszawy 8f;

7. Order - the Customers' statement of will, submitted via the Online Store, specifying: type and quantity of goods stocked by the Online Store at the time of the order, method of payment, method of delivery of the goods, place of delivery of the goods and the Customers' information, constituting a placement with PW KOLEC an offer by Client to enter into a contract of sales of goods covered by the order, via the Online Store;

8. Orders may be placed twenty-four hours a day, seven days a week, through the Online Store website: www.Steelthorn.eu. It is an essential element of the ordering procedure to read and accept these terms of use by the Customer, which the Customer confirms by checking an appropriate box before finalizing the order. Failure to accept these terms of use by the Customer during the ordering procedure prevents the possibility of acquisition of goods via the Online Store. Providing the personal information marked as mandatory is voluntary, however, it is necessary to place an order. : The information to be made available:

1) The name and address of the Customer,

2) The telephone number and e-mail address of the Customer;

3) The recipient information and the address for the delivery of goods, if the goods are to be delivered to a different address than the address of the Customer. The Customer, who has registered a Customer Account in the Online Store, may place orders using the Customer Account by logging in to the Online Store. The final and binding price is the price displayed by the "Basket", in the summary section of the order at the time of its placement. If the goods ordered via the Online Store are to be delivered to the address specified by the Customer, they are shipped via courier services.

Reimbursements will be made by PW KOLEC using the payment methods used the Customer, unless the Customer expressly agrees to be reimbursed otherwise. Should the subject of service consist of items that, after delivery, due to their nature, are inextricably connected to other things. § 8 Complaints procedure. PW KOLEC is obliged to deliver goods to Customers, free of physical and legal defects. PW KOLEC shall consider and address any complaints immediately, not later than 14 days from the date of filing a complaint. PW KOLEC honors all Customer rights provided for in the applicable law, in particular, provided for in the Act of 23 April 1964 Civil Code (consolidated text Journal of Laws of 2014, pos. 121, as amended), and the Act of 30 April 2014 on consumer rights (Journal of Laws of 2014, pos. 827). The provisions of these Regulations are not intended to limit or exclude any rights of Customers under applicable law. Appendix 1 NOTICE ON THE RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL. Customers have the right to withdraw from a contract within 14 days without stating a reason. The deadline to withdraw from a contract will expire after 14 days from the day: 1. Goods prices are given in Polish zloty, pounds sterling or euros and include VAT. 2. The Customer may choose from the following payment methods:

a. bank transfer to the Seller's bank account (in this case the realization of order will be initiated after sending the Customer of order confirmation by the Seller).

b. cash on collection - payment at the Sellers' personal collection point (in this case, the realization of order will be effected immediately after sending the Customer a confirmation of the order by the Seller, the Goods will be released at the Sellers' point of personal collection);

c. electronic payment (in this case, the realization of the order will be initiated after sending the Customer a confirmation of order by the Seller and receipt by the Seller of information from a billing agent of payment by the Customer, and shipment will be effected immediately after completion of the order).
